Excitement is in the air as Preston gears up to host BBC Radio 2’s flagship annual live music event, Radio 2 in the Park, on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September at Moor Park, Preston, Lancashire. This announcement was made by Gaby Roslin on the Radio 2 Breakfast Show this morning, and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

The anticipation builds as BBC Radio 2 releases ticketing information for this spectacular two-day event. On Monday, 3 June, Zoe will give us a full rundown of the star-studded line-up, and Vernon will share an exciting announcement about the 2024 event.

Previous Events:
Preston last hosted a major BBC event in 2007 with Radio 1’s Big Weekend. Last year, Radio 2 in the Park took place in Leicester with headliners such as Tears for Fears and Kylie Minogue. This year’s event promises to be even bigger and better.
